Using words from a haiku by David Marks, Self-Discipline is a unique and humorous motion graphic. Using simple shapes and type to create an office like setting, including a desk and stacks of paper, the video comes together in an array of scenes to tell a story of procrastination. The music and sound effects are strategically mixed in Adobe Audition and timed throughout the video in AfterEffects to enhance the story and give the visual haiku an overall playful tone.
